Candidates
We prefer that you first email us your compellingly written and very detailed resume as a single MS Word file. Please do not bundle the resume with a cover letter, portfolio samples or references.

It is very important that you follow these specific instructions to facilitate our process:

When emailing your resume, please put your full name in the subject line, and name the file with your name (Jones, Mary.doc). Put your cover letter in the body of the email.

We acknowledge each and every qualified resume within 36 hours (excluding holidays and vacations). If you do not receive an acknowledgement, then please resend your resumes, and, only as a last resort, phone us.

Please do not snail-mail resumes. We must have them electronically.
